We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization Subscription Management Billing Salesforce CPQ SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. This role is hybrid and requires no travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to ensure optimal performance.
Provide expertise in Subscription Management and Billing to streamline processes.
Implement Salesforce CPQ to enhance the efficiency of sales operations.
Configure and manage SFDC Sales Cloud to support sales teams effectively.
Utilize SFDC Lightning to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Ensure SFDC Configuration aligns with business needs and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the use of Salesforce.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of SFDC Development and Customization.
Demonstrate expertise in Subscription Management and Billing.
Have hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
Show proficiency in SFDC Sales Cloud and SFDC Lightning.
Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Configuration.
Nice to have experience in Data Governance.
