Job description:
The company is seeking a transformational financial leader ready to make a significant impact in a growing, fast-paced, diverse business environment and who is passionate about driving efficiency, innovation, and long-term value creation to achieve the company’s ambitious goal to achieve $1 billion in revenue by 2030.
As a key member of the executive team and reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Group Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for optimising financial and operational systems, ensuring the company is well positioned for strategic growth.
Core Duties:
• Formulate and execute financial strategies to drive the company’s long-term growth goals, targeting $1 billion in revenue by 2030.
• Manage financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting across all divisions, aligning with overarching business aims.
• Deliver actionable financial insights and strategic advice to the Managing Director and Board of Directors.
• Guide, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team, cultivating a culture of excellence.
• Boost profitability and efficiency through disciplined cost management and robust financial oversight.
• Spearhead the enhancement and integration of financial and IT systems to enable scalability and informed decision-making.
• Partner with operational leaders to uncover growth opportunities and elevate financial performance across divisions.
• Uphold rigorous financial governance, risk management, and compliance throughout the organization.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a complex, multi-divisional organisation.
• Skilled at thriving in dynamic, rapidly evolving, and high-growth settings.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving financial and operational improvements.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or other industrial sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
• Expertise in implementing and optimizing financial and IT systems for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Experience in controlling and accounting for international businesses will be considered a valuable asset.
