Experience: 2-4 years

Location: Gurgaon, India

Shift: 11 AM – 8 PM (IST)


Are you a pro at customer onboarding and thrive in a fast-paced B2B environment? Do you have a knack for KYC, invoice processing, and reporting? If so, we want YOU to join our dynamic team!


What you’ll do:

✨ Onboard new customers and ensure a seamless experience

✨ Manage end-to-end sales processes, including billing and receivables

✨ Develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

✨ Leverage reporting skills to drive actionable insights


What we’re looking for:

✅ Experience in Customer Onboarding, KYC in B2B, and Excellent Communication Skills

✅ Preferred experience in OTC, Invoice Processing, and Reporting

✅ Understanding of Salesforce and proficiency in Excel

✅ Strong knowledge of the sales lifecycle and management processes
