Crio.Do has joined hands with leading Edtech company Skill-Lync in Nov, 2022 becoming its subsidiary, focussing on the Computer Science domain and operating as an independent brand. Crio is seeing tremendous growth in the last couple of quarters and looking to scale 10X from current business in the coming 18-24 months.

Who are we looking for?

● Looking for analytical, smart, and passionate individuals, raring to make an impact, to be part of the Learning Delivery Team at Crio.Do

● Should have a minimum of 2 Year work experience in a similar role (3-5 Years total experience)

● Should have very good communication skills

● Should be comfortable with handling data and reports with the right tools (MS Excel knowledge is a must)

● Should be able to independently form a hypothesis, and validate the same through data

● Should be able to listen, understand customer problems and leverage internal tools, processes and people to solve them.

● A basic understanding of programming fundamentals would also be appreciated What will you do?

● Be responsible for user effort, motivation and progress with help of customer success processes

● You will be responsible for setting up, tracking, and reporting all the project metrics, identifying any issues in the processes, and suggesting ways to address the issues

● Reach out to users using various channels like email, slack, calls on a daily basis to understand their challenges and orchestrate help using internal processes and mentors.

● Track performance of assigned set of learners in our programs using reports and identify intervention points

● Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and cross-functional projects, with complete ownership

● You will also get involved in the overall delivery and designing of various business processes

● While doing all of the above, you will be exposed to a wide range of domains ranging across operations, product management and engineering, a truly full stack individual :)
