As the CFO you will lead financial operations and play a key role in the growth of the business, shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and driving sustainable growth.
What will you do:
Provide financial leadership and strategic insights, collaborating with the executive team and board of directors, guiding the company’s financial direction and long-term goals.
Oversee all aspect of the finance function including project finance, FP&A, accounting, forecasting and budgeting.
Lead on capital raising efforts, utilizing a highly talented team of finance professionals covering project and structured finance including debt and equity financing.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with industry standards, providing insight into financial performance, risks, and opportunities for both corporate and project related activities.
What you will have:
Minimum of 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
Minimum of 5 years working within the renewable energy industry is a must.
A track record of building and leading finance functions within the renewable energy industry.
Experience in stakeholder engagement across executive committee, and investor reporting.
The ideal candidate will have successfully built complex finance functions previously covering the gamut of skillsets (project finance, fp&a, accounting etc).
