We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our Global Revenue Operations Team at Caseware, a leading SaaS organization. As a Revenue Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficiency and growth of our revenue operations through maintaining data accuracy, and providing operational support.

You will work closely with the Revenue Operations and Finance teams to clean up and ensure accuracy, as well as enhance business processes, ultimately driving revenue efficiency and optimization.

❗This is a 12 month contract position

📍 Location: This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to work 3 days a week in our Toronto office, located at 351 King Street East, Toronto, ON.

What you will be doing:

  • Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining of our CRM (Salesforce) data. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple contracts and subscription in Salesforce and ensure that records are up-to-date
  • Support the preparation of weekly, quarterly and monthly Revenue Reporting.
  • Assist in supporting data accuracy for ad-hoc reporting for key stakeholders across Commercial and Finance teams
  • Through the clean up – process identify and address data discrepancies or gaps in our systems
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Commercial Teams globally to improve internal processes, automate manual tasks, and streamline data management practices
  • Build and maintain documenting processes related to Salesforce data management. Help provide basic training to teams on how to use Salesforce and other revenue systems effectively
  • Regularly audit Salesforce and other relevant systems to ensure that all data is properly categorized, consistent, and aligned with company standards


What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Previous experience or internships in revenue operations, sales operations, data analytics, or related roles is a plus but not required
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with Excel is mandatory
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce. Knowledge of CPQ is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets in Excel with accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving results
