A Chicago-based global leader in innovation and technology-driven solutions is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy, execution, and operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth and ensuring financial excellence across a dynamic, fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, aligning with overarching business objectives. Lead annual budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and collections. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks while implementing policies to safeguard company assets.
• Build and lead a high-performing global finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Present financial reports and analysis to the executive team, board of advisors, and other key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required; CPA or equivalent certification required, MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in finance leadership roles, including 3–5 years as CFO in a global, private-equity-backed organization.
• Proven success in capital and budget management, M&A activities, and financial system implementations.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance reporting.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
