Are you a strategic financial leader with experience in commercial construction? Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking an experienced CFO to drive financial strategy, oversee accounting operations, and support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Partner closely with executive leadership to align financial strategies with business goals.
Oversee project accounting, job costing, and financial performance tracking across multiple commercial construction projects.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous CFO (or senior finance leadership) experience in the construction or geotechnical industries.
Proficient with Foundation Software and HCSS – hands-on experience required.
Strong understanding of project-based accounting, cost controls, and construction finance best practices.
Effective communicator, able to collaborate with operations teams, project managers, and external stakeholders.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary of $180,000 - $220,000
