Sales Support Analyst/ Deal Desk Analyst (M/F/D)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Support Analyst/ Deal Desk Analyst (M/F/D) to join our revenue operations team. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales process, managing complex deals, and driving revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and streamline the quote-to-cash process for all sales deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, legal, and product to facilitate deal closure
• Ensure all deals comply with company policies, financial & legal requirements, and best practices
• Implement and manage approval workflows to accelerate deal closures
• Work with various teams across VMRay to manage compliance reporting needs from customers and other stakeholders
• Ensure the data accuracy and completeness in the CRM system to enable robust data-driven decisions by the business leaders
  
  

Our Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or revenue management roles
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS business models
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Fluency in English
