Sales Operations Assistant (m/f/d) Part-time

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Operations Assistant (m/f/d) to support our team in managing and maintaining offer and contract documentation templates, as well as handling order management processes. In this role, you will ensure that all sales-related documents are up to date, accurate, and aligned with company standards.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Template & Document Management: Maintain and update offer and contract templates to ensure accuracy, compliance, and usability for the sales team
• Order Management: Process incoming orders, verify details, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment
• Document Administration: Organize and manage sales-related documents, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies
• Coordination & Communication: Serve as a liaison between sales, finance, and operations to ensure smooth document handling and order processing
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Order Management, Procurement, or in preparing and managing commercial offers and quotations (or a comparable commercial function)
• Business fluent German and English skills (both written and spoken), essential for drafting, reviewing, and adjusting offers, contracts, and other commercial documents
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently while confidently coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders
