Chief Financial Officer

QLM Search is partnering with specialist Food & Beverage group to hire their next CFO. Reporting to the CEO and partnering external business advisors, this role will be instrumental in delivering world class performance across a growth business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Key board member and leader of the Finance team driving increased focus on business partnership, fit for purpose information and increased focus on the control environment.
• Working closely with the strategic shareholder to develop and execute strategy.
• Drive and promote the business intelligence strategy (technology, people & process) for Finance
• Active involvement in the development and execution of strategic business plans aimed at growing the business while ensuring the financial health of the operation
• Key business partner for marketing, commercial, manufacturing and supply chain driving key objectives as well as external support in negotiating key customer contracts.

The successful candidate will be a proven, hands on finance leader and have deep experience of working in a Private Equity backed, entrepreneurial manufacturing environment (Flexible on sector). You will have extensive experience across FP&A, partnering and controls, excellent stakeholder management and be a skilled collaborator that can build relationships and influence across the business
