QLM Search is partnering with specialist Food & Beverage group to hire their next CFO. Reporting to the CEO and partnering external business advisors, this role will be instrumental in delivering world class performance across a growth business.
Key responsibilities include:
Key board member and leader of the Finance team driving increased focus on business partnership, fit for purpose information and increased focus on the control environment.
Working closely with the strategic shareholder to develop and execute strategy.
Drive and promote the business intelligence strategy (technology, people & process) for Finance
Active involvement in the development and execution of strategic business plans aimed at growing the business while ensuring the financial health of the operation
Key business partner for marketing, commercial, manufacturing and supply chain driving key objectives as well as external support in negotiating key customer contracts.
The successful candidate will be a proven, hands on finance leader and have deep experience of working in a Private Equity backed, entrepreneurial manufacturing environment (Flexible on sector). You will have extensive experience across FP&A, partnering and controls, excellent stakeholder management and be a skilled collaborator that can build relationships and influence across the business.
