As they continue to expand, they are seeking a driven and results-oriented Commercial Lines Chief Sales Officer (CCSO) to lead our sales efforts and build on our tradition of excellence.

Job Summary

The Commercial Lines Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will be responsible for overseeing the agency’s commercial lines sales strategy, team performance, and revenue growth. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of the insurance market, especially in an independent agency setting, and a proven track record of driving sales, managing high-level client relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the commercial lines sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Establish sales goals, provide coaching, and evaluate performance to maximize team success.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills of the sales staff.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in commercial lines insurance sales, with a strong background in an independent agency setting.
  • Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams in the commercial lines space.
  • Ability to speak Spanish
  • Experience in working with large, complex commercial accounts
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
