Chief Financial Officer Real Estate Yeovil Somerset £150,000 plus bonus

Based near Yeovil in Somerset my client is a significant Real Estate owner with a large property portfolio stretching from Bath Westwards.

Private equity backing is assisting them with an expansion plan into several closely related market sectors and our mission is to find them a highly commercial CFO to partner them on this journey.

The journey will include significant M&A activity, a reappraisal of its existing portfolio and a modernisation of its systems and process and associated management.

We would like to hear from Real Estate professionals , especially those who have been involved in transformation projects and may have worked with Private Equity before and are familiar with reporting requirements.

Private Equity is simply another investor so those experienced with shareholder reporting would probably understand this!
