Chief Financial Officer - Real Estate

Our client is World's leading Real Estate firms. They possess premium ultra-luxury asset classes across real estate and hospitality sectors on Pan-India level.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end finance operations, tax compliances, financial planning and analysis, regulatory compliances, risk management and business finance while looking to make improvements to procedures and controls. They will collaborate with the CEO to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and IPO vision.

IDEAL Profile:

• CA background is a MUST.
• Currently working in CFO or deputy position.
• LISTED company experience is an added advantage.
• IPO exposure is an added advantage.
• 15-25 years of experience in Finance and Accounts management.
• Real Estate experience is a MUST
• Proven track record to work with multiple stakeholders in a high growth environment and deliver results.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Strategic advisor to the Management on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs, financial plans, and business planning & modeling.
• Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts and IPO process.
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.
