We have the privilege of supporting and advising major clients daily. In order to support our growth, the agency is currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager based in Ontario.


Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in optimizing sales team performance by managing data analysis, sales operations, and field team coordination. This position requires a balance of analytical expertise and hands-on sales team management. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel, capable of creating and managing dashboards, and skilled in interpreting data to drive business decisions. Additionally, they will oversee in-field programs, working closely with sales representatives to provide coaching and day-to-day operational support.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales dashboards, reports, and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Own pipeline management, sales forecasting, and sales performance tracking to support revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Oversee data sanitation and reporting, ensuring insights are actionable for both internal teams and clients.
  • Provide strategic insights by analyzing sales trends, identifying gaps to goals, and recommending data-driven solutions to optimize sales performance.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, finance, and business operations to ensure alignment on client discounts, promotional offers, and revenue initiatives.
  • Lead business reviews by compiling reports and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Manage in-field sales programs by working directly with sales reps, providing coaching, and ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
  • Support workforce planning and resource allocation for the sales team to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools or technologies to enhance sales team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations to maintain business integrity.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, sales analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proven experience in data analysis, sales forecasting, and process optimization.
  • Ability to manage and coach field sales teams, providing operational support and guidance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and business operations teams.
  • Experience in digital media and omni-channel media is an asset.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
