Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Executive located in Singapore. The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, analyzing sales data, maintaining customer relationships, completion of ad-hoc jobs and ensuring efficient sales processes.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Sales Operations proficiency
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and a customer-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience with e-commerce is a plus
