We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial strategy, planning, analysis, and controls, ensuring that the company's financial practices align with strategic objectives and industry best practices. The CFO will direct financial planning and analysis, manage financial risks, oversee cash flow and financial reporting, and ensure the organization's financial stability. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of corporate finance, exceptional strategic thinking skills, and a proactive approach to optimizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Foster relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions for funding and investment opportunities.
• Optimize capital structure, manage debt, equity, and funding strategies to support growth.
• Provide financial insights, forecasts, and analysis to support high-level decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and analysis to drive company objectives.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, presenting data to the CEO, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance to safeguard company assets.
• Implement and monitor compliance with financial policies, standards, and tax requirements.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate resources for operations and investments.
• Identify, assess, and manage financial and operational risks.
• Establish risk management frameworks, ensuring the company's resilience to economic fluctuations.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and growth.
• Promote financial literacy across the organization, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Uphold the company's values, ensuring ethical, transparent, and sound financial practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior finance role.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, risk management, and capital management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, GAAP, and corporate finance.
• Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamic).
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
