Manage AP and AR Processes: Ensure timely billing and maintain sufficient cash flow.
Develop Cash Flow Projections: Create reliable cash flow projections and reporting mechanisms, ensuring timely invoicing and vendor payments.
Reduce overhead expenditures and oversee past-due account collections
Improve the company’s accounting software for better estimating, traffic, P&L, revenue, and account summary reporting.
Report monthly to managing partners, maintain stock ownership practices, direct annual audits, and ensure regulatory and tax compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA Certification a must.
Experience managing or overseeing multiple retail locations or units.
Extensive understanding of GAAP and associated financial reporting standards, encompassing inventory management, lease accounting, revenue recognition, financial statements, and budgeting
Strong expertise in accounting and financial processes, including budgeting, monthly closures, and reporting
Great Plains experience is a plus
Salary: $170K - $200K
