Position Overview

You will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the company. This role involves strategic financial planning, risk management, and maintaining investor relations while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards in the community banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
• Manage the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards
• Oversee financial risk management and establish internal controls to safeguard assets
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within community banking
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
