Role OverviewAIMER Business School is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and manage the institution’s financial operations. The CFO will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability. This leadership position requires a visionary financial expert who can align financial strategies with the institution’s long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the school's mission and growth.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage financial reporting, audits, and risk assessment.
- Monitor cash flow, investment strategies, and financial sustainability.
- Implement financial policies, controls, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team based on financial insights.
- Lead financial negotiations with vendors, partners, and funding agencies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and institutional policies.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CA is a plus.
- Proven experience in financial leadership, preferably in an educational institution.
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to interact with stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
