Scope Of Role
In this role you will lead a team reporting to the SVP of GTM Operation and help drive our sales strategy, increase our productivity and accelerate growth. This role is responsible for successfully managing sales systems, data and tooling, forecasting, and supporting sales and cross-operationalize initiatives and projects.
The role is required to work collaboratively with Sales leadership, Client Success, Finance, Product and Marketing teams and a range of stakeholders across the business to identify growth opportunity, oversee commercial strategy projects, drive operational efficiency, and launch initiatives that promote scale in alignment with the Commercial business goals.
Areas Of Responsibilities
- Support and optimize the sales process leveraging Salesforce
- Design and manage Salesforce and 3rd party tools related to day-to-day operations, business effectiveness, on assigned areas of work.
- Support specialized in-depth data analysis activities as it relates to AOP, major business initiatives or projects
- Partner with sales leaders across the organization to assess needs and answer business questions
- Oversee pipeline reviews and forecasting cadence and support deliverables to finance teams
- Understand data flows, query data from existing databases, identify patterns across systems
- Document business processes and data definitions and standards
- Produce insights from reporting for sales management to create actions plans on opportunities, pipeline management, rep productivity, etc.
- Collaborate with revenue leaders to launch efficiency and growth projects and oversee execution of all action plans
- Act as a trusted advisor with go-to-market teams, deal structuring, and support other internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle to expedite deal execution and system workflows
- Manage a team of operations analysts/Salesforce administrators that cascade best-practices and operational excellence while removing barrier for sales
- Set the priorities and oversee the project and activities of the team on the execution of tasks
- Improve efficiency and automation for Sales Reps day-to-day job functions to continuously improve core processes while actively identifying and eliminating efficiency gaps
- Drive adoption and optimization of the sales process and methodology including the development of supporting tools, materials and infrastructure:
- Process Guides & Rules of Engagement
- Sales Playbooks
- Compensation plans structure input
- Process enforcement support – training, management review, etc.
- Other sales operations and support activities as required
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor Degree qualified or equivalent sales or operations qualification
- 10+ years of managing teams and strategic initiatives, sales experience a must
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Sales Operations and 2 years’ in Sales Management
- Stakeholder management skills, with exceptional communication skills
- Data driven decision maker
- Good track record of delivering results and working towards targets
- End to end project management
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient use of Salesforce.com CRM
- Strong process management, analytical, problem solving and organization skills
- A high degree of personal character and integrity, critical to a role with visibility into sales and business planning information.
- Knows how to work cross functionally
- You are a self-starter, fast learner, and adaptive to working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly pivot

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$188,970.03-272,361.44 USD
The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
