About The Role

you.com is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Operations to own and optimize its revenue-generating processes and systems. This pivotal role collaborates closely with the VP of Finance & Operations and the CRO to define and execute the company's go-to-market (GTM) strategy. The position focuses on aligning sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to drive growth and efficiency while providing both strategic leadership and hands-on execution support. Responsibilities

  • Revenue Process Development
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine and implement the quote-to-cash process, ensuring consistency and efficiency in workflows from pricing and quoting to billing and revenue recognition.
    • Ensure smooth handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success teams for a frictionless customer journey.
    • Lead efforts to build and optimize the revenue operations tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and billing platforms.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence to drive long-term revenue growth.


  • Sales Compensation Management
    • Oversee the implementation and administration of sales compensation plans that align with company goals and incentivize high performance.
    • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales commission calculations and payouts.


  • Data Analysis & Revenue Insights
    • Own revenue data and analytics, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and decision-making.
    • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs across the entire revenue funnel, from lead generation to customer retention.
    • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the sales and marketing funnel to improve conversion rates and revenue outcomes.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
    • Collaborate with finance, legal, and product teams to ensure seamless execution across the revenue lifecycle.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of working with executive leadership to define and execute GTM strategies.
  • Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success lifecycle processes.
  • Experience building and managing quote-to-cash processes and scaling operational tech stacks.
  • Expertise in designing and managing sales compensation plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and revenue-related platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the SaaS or tech industry is highly desirable.

Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.

Salary Band

$190,000—$270,000 USD
