Looking for a Business Operations Manager

Key Job Roles:

• Hire & manage the full-time/remote team.
• Set up an office, oversee daily operations, and create an efficient work culture.
• Build SOPs & workflows to reduce mistakes.
• Performance Monitoring: Ensure projects run on time, team members meet KPIs, and workflows are optimized.
• Handle HR, payroll, and staff issues.

Job Location: WeWork Zenia, Hiranandani Estate, Thane

Salary: INR 40,000 in hand + incentives

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in E-commerce/D2C/Dropshipping (Shopify experience is a plus).
• Strong team-building & leadership skills – ability to manage & scale a team.
• Experience with SOPs, workflow automation, and productivity tools.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset – you take ownership, not just tasks.
• Based in Thane/Mumbai or willing to work from our WeWork office in Thane.
