Role Overview

As we scale, we’re looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to build and optimize our revenue processes within the sales org from end to end. This is a foundational role—our first hire in RevOps—offering the opportunity to define strategy, implement systems, and drive measurable within our sales organization, while also collaborating closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align on overall go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy + Operations: Strategic business partner to our CRO, helping to develop and implement strategies to optimize our sales processes, infrastructure, and overall GTM strategy. Lead efforts to streamline sales cycles and enhance productivity. Prepare monthly/quarterly internal/board updates.
  • CRM and Tech Stack Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of our sales CRM and technology stack. Ensure that our sales teams are equipped with top-tier tools for maximum efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Insights and Analytics: Build and maintain robust reporting frameworks. Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
  • Process Optimization: Enhance sales pipeline visibility, lead management, and forecasting accuracy. Ensure operational excellence in every facet of the sales process.
  • Scaled Growth Strategies: As a forward looking AI company, it’s important we are at the forefront of sales strategy/operations best practices. This role will work closely with marketing, engineering teams to ensure the revenue org has best in class tooling, growth hacking, and creative operational initiatives to make us stand out in the market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: While primarily focusing on sales, collaborate extensively with marketing and customer success to ensure a cohesive customer journey from lead acquisition to renewal.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in RevOps, ideally within SaaS revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role in a B2B software/SaaS company.
  • Proven track record in building RevOps foundations and scaling operations for companies in the $5M–$50M revenue range
  • Strong experience managing CRM and revenue tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Apollo, etc.).
  • A data-driven mindset with expertise in forecasting, reporting, and analytics to drive revenue insights.
  • Experience building out compensation and incentive design
  • Process optimization skills with a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing and CS systems & processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, owning projects from strategy to execution.
  • Experience building board decks/investor materials and owning high-impact deliverables for the board & C-suite
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving
  • Experience in hiring and developing talent
