Chief Financial Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a high-growth technology business with a turnover of £100m+. This innovative company is scaling rapidly and requires a strategic financial leader to help guide it through a period of transformation, including developing relationships with banks/funders, managing working capital, forward planning and preparing for an exit.

Salary £120,000-£130,000 + excellent bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance.

• Lead and advise on exit strategies.

• Strengthen financial processes and reporting to support business growth and investment readiness.

• Forward planning and management of working capital.

• Work alongside the owners to drive commercial success and operational efficiencies.

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and funders.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Financial Director/CFO in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment.

• Expertise in M&A, exits, and fundraising, with a track record of successfully guiding companies through these processes.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change at a senior level.

• Excellent financial acumen, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking.

• A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
