  • Strong Cash Management Skills: A demonstrated ability to effectively manage cash flow, conduct audits, and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
  • Visionary & Strategic Thinking: While this is a hands-on role, the CFO must also possess the foresight and intellectual curiosity to drive the company toward future growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the steel industry is highly preferred, especially in managing large lead times, maintaining inventory, and working with large quantities of steel and related products.
  • Cultural Fit: We’re seeking a candidate who values long-term loyalty, strong customer relationships, and a family-oriented culture. Customer service is central to our client’s mission, with a focus on honesty, integrity, teamwork, and delivering the best results for their clients. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, accountable, committed to growth, and fosters an environment of respect, dignity, and open communication throughout the organization.
