Revenue Operations Manager – DACH / Poland
Location Germany or Poland - Hybrid
Fluent German / Polish required

The Revops Team is split regionally, and you will own DACH and Poland and work in conjunction to your colleagues in the UK and France to share best practice.
You will be working across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success improving sales productivity The organisation is in the middle of a CRM transformation to Salesforce and Pardot so you will work with the Project team and sales leadership to ensure a smooth roll out to maximize the adoption.
Although this role is quite senior – it is an individual contributor role working in a matrix environment so we are looking for a hands on doer who can work with Regional MD’s to create a region specific RevOps function and also own some Global initiatives that cross all regions – for instance sales compensation or sales effectiveness.
Requirements:
5+ years’ + experience of Sales / Revenue Operations within SaaS
Fluent in German and Polish
Strong experience with Salesforce – pipeline management, forecasting and reporting
Analytical skills – expert in analysing sales data to drive insights and decision making
Process improvement – ability to streamline and improve sales workflows
Experience with Sales Methodologies and linking steps to sales tools
Background in SaaS to Mid Market would be a bonus as would some exposure to ERP.
