Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesforce CPQ Developer at Intellicloud Solutions located in Pune with the flexibility of some work from home. We are seeking an 4+ years experience in Salesforce CPQ/EPC Vlocity Developer/Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), and Vlocity to drive digital transformation and streamline product configuration and pricing processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience in CPQ and Vlocity EPC.
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ and Vlocity EPC solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain product catalogs, pricing structures, product rules, and guided selling processes.
- Implement Vlocity DataRaptors, Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards for seamless customer experiences.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Ensure seamless integration of CPQ/EPC with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Billing, and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize CPQ/EPC configurations and performance issues.
- Maintain best practices in Salesforce development, deployment, and security.
- Strong expertise in Vlocity EPC – product modeling, attribute-based pricing, and catalog structures.
- Proficiency in Vlocity DataRaptors, Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Knowledge of integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Expertise:
- Experience with Salesforce Billing and Revenue Cloud.
- Telecom industry experience using Vlocity Communications Cloud.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps (CI/CD).
