As Rhode Island's oldest nonprofit, we're looking for a visionary leader who is proactive, thorough and driven to help drive our mission forward. This job requires strong analytical and technical abilities, along with a strong background in coaching and guiding the work process from beginning to end. Centered around developing new ideas, systems and technology while also analyzing and improving on old ones, the ideal candidate will like to work in a fast-paced environment, leading and controlling multiple projects simultaneously, driven to produce high-standard, high-quality results.

What are we looking for?
10+ years of accounting and financial leadership experience
Master's degree or CPA preferred
Proven track record in financial strategies and operational leadership
