SE Ranking is on a mission to redefine SEO and digital marketing—and we’re looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact, executive-level role where you’ll own the entire revenue engine—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—crafting and executing a strategy that accelerates growth, increases ACV, and moves us up-market. We’ve built a strong foundation of inbound customer acquisition through PLG. Now, we’re looking for a leader who can bridge sales and marketing, expand our presence in the mid-market and enterprise segments, and unify our go-to-market strategy across a recently merged sales organization. 📈 What You’ll Own & Drive

🔥 Revenue Leadership & Expansion

  • Own and execute the full-funnel revenue strategy—from demand generation to expansion and retention.
  • Build scalable, repeatable systems for predictable and profitable growth.
  • Lead our transition from SMB-focused deals to higher-value, longer-cycle mid-market & enterprise opportunities.
  • Optimize pricing, packaging, and customer acquisition strategies to increase ACV and sales efficiency.
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.


🚀 Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Align Sales and Marketing to drive demand generation, pipeline development, and conversion optimization.
  • Build the outbound strategy and expand beyond our current inbound-heavy model.
  • Unify two merged sales teams into a single high-performing revenue org.
  • Expand our presence in the U.S. and Europe by unlocking new segments and channels.
  • Lead sales and marketing planning, segmentation, and GTM experimentation.

  • Build, scale, and coach high-performing teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Implement training, enablement, and operational frameworks to elevate team performance and clarity.


🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product to translate customer insights into roadmap priorities and PLG enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Finance to build sustainable models and optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and LTV.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey from first touch through expansion and retention.


🔍 What We’re Looking For

Full-Funnel Growth Leadership – You’ve successfully owned Sales and Marketing, with a deep understanding of pipeline generation, lead scoring, ABM, conversion funnels, and expansion plays.

SaaS & PLG Expertise – You’ve scaled a PLG SaaS business, navigating the shift from SMB to mid-market and increasing ACV.

Revenue Operations Mastery – You understand the full revenue engine: forecasting, funnel health, pricing strategy, performance metrics, and GTM efficiency.

Post-M&A Integration – You know how to bring together teams, unify processes, and align GTM strategy.

Data-Driven & Strategic – You lead with insight, make decisions based on data, and balance long-term vision with tactical execution.

Global & Agile – You’ve led distributed teams across time zones and thrive in fast-paced, globally scaled environments.
