The Role:

The Go To Market Sales Consultant will be instrumental in driving ongoing engagement with end-users, with a key focus on government proof of concepts and use case enablement, especially related to Payday Super. This role will offer vital support to the Commercial team and NPP Go-to-Market initiatives. The consultant will work closely with the Member and Merchant Teams, collaborating with large corporations to promote ecosystem adoption and minimize the need for product representatives in meetings.

Day to day, you can expect to:

  • Serve as the main technical advisor during pre-sales discussions with members and end-users, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Focus on key use cases like Payday Super, Direct Debit Migration to NPP, Payroll, Health, and Government, working with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Provide technical support to the Commercial team in developing strategies, proposals, and presentations.
  • Work with Member and Merchant Teams to engage larger corporates and encourage adoption of our solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations and demos to potential customers, highlighting our products' benefits.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design solutions using our products and services.
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with product development teams to improve our offerings.

Proposed Position Requirements are:

  • NPP knowledge and experience are essential.
  • Strong consultation and communication skills are required.
  • Experience in Financial Services with a focus on payments is preferred.
  • Ability to influence and drive outcomes with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled at navigating complex organizations to deliver the best results for customers and internal teams.
  • Capable of playing an effective support role within teams.
  • Clear communicator in all forms.
  • Able to structure and present key information effectively, tailored to different audiences.
  • Proficient in creating presentations for both bilateral and multilateral sessions to facilitate consultation and resolve complex issues.
  • Effective at building rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive the best outcomes.
