Role Overview:

We are seeking a Failed Entrepreneur, who is visionary and results-driven to join our leadership team as a Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and drive the revenue growth of Purpose Driven Venture Studio. As a key member of the founding team, the CRO will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the studio, building strong partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue streams to support our mission.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the co-founders to develop and execute the studio's strategic vision, goals, and growth initiatives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of revenue generation strategies, including sales, partnerships, and innovative business models.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, providing coaching and mentorship, and driving accountability for results.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with purpose-driven brands, organizations, and industry stakeholders to expand the studio's reach and impact.
  • Drive the development and execution of targeted marketing and branding initiatives to attract and retain clients and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the studio.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts to ensure consistent and sustainable revenue growth.


Qualifications:

  • Should have clarity about Own Life's Purpose.
  • Proven experience as a co-founder, executive, or senior leader in a purpose-driven organisation, preferably in the creative, technology, or impact sector.
  • Previous experience in working with Agencies for B2B, B2C and D2C Brands.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business development, sales, and partnership strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Passionate about purpose-driven entrepreneurship and committed to making a positive impact in the world.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
