Opportunity: Our digital media client is targeting a listing on the AIM market. To enable this to happen, Fusion Recruitment have been mandated to recruit a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with previous financial leadership experience (CFO/FD) from the public market (AIM/ Small FTSE).

Strategic planning: You will act as strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Board; help to develop and execute the strategic plans and vision of the business; ensure that all initiatives align with the company’s strategic guidelines; contribute to the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Financial forecasting: Providing accurate revenue and cost projections.
• Investor relations: Developing relationships with bankers and lawyers.
• System overhauls: Streamlining decision-making processes and financial reporting.
• Financial controls: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Financial close: Establishing a rigorous financial close process.
• Internal restructuring: Preparing the company for additional demands for financial transparency.

Your profile:

• A qualified Accountant, ideally ACA with Big 4 Audit training.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
• Experience of employment with companies listed on AIM (or Small FTSE) ideally as CFO or Finance Director.
• International business experience.

• Understanding of relevant financial regulations.

£200,000-£250,000 + bonus + benefits + LTIP.
