Chief Financial Officer

Unique opportunity to join an insurance organisation as EVP Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will support the Exec. Management Team to grow revenue through market facing activities and expense discipline. They will play a lead role in partnering with the leadership in further development of the company’s value creation strategy, including playing a key role in prioritizing the most profitable growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be have broad experience in running the finance function, including controllership, strong FP&A and reporting skills with experience scaling a growth organization. Further to this, they will have deep understanding of M&A from due diligence through to integration.
