Not a remote position. This is an in-person role in our Lehi, Utah office.
As Head of Revenue Operations at Boostly, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies through analysis, reporting, and process improvements. You will exemplify Boostly’s core values and contribute to our mission by producing insights, creating processes and developing strategies that impact our ability to efficiently scale. As Head of RevOps, you will help us grow and improve our GTM operations by providing the analytical support needed to optimize our GTM efforts across inbound, outbound and brand-based GTM motions. This role reports to the CRO.
What will you do?
Build a RevOps team to support and enhance revenue operations across the customer lifecycle
Inform, measure, standardize and optimize Boostly’s lead sourcing and lead management strategy
Design and build systems and processes that improve revenue efficiency
Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of revenue operations initiatives
Increase the effectiveness of outbound and inbound sales through reporting, process improvement, and the implementation of tools and technology
Optimize lead scoring, routing, follow up, and nurturing processes to improve conversion rates and sales pipeline velocity
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success teams to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of our GTM motions
Actively manage Boostly’s GTM and CS tools and technology
Conduct ad hoc data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
Take ownership of data analysis and reporting for all revenue activities, ensuring stakeholders have the insights needed to make informed decisions.
Identify and implement process improvements across all revenue operations to support scaling and efficiency
Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into key revenue metrics for real-time tracking
Oversee lead management, sales automation, training, data analytics, and reporting
We’re Looking For An Individual Who….
Has strong technical expertise with sales and marketing technologies (especially HubSpot) and proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL and BI vendors.
Is a collaborative leader with a track record of partnering closely with sales, marketing and customer success peers to ensure our GTM motion is optimized, scalable, and producing the intended impact
Advanced analytical and modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Has experience in building and optimizing sales processes and playbooks
Is looking to grow rather than comfortably coast
Is determined to find a way to meet the objective
Has 3+ years of experience in a revenue operations leadership role at a SaaS company
Has deep CRM experience in an admin-level role (HubSpot a plus)
Is a team player without an ego, ready to do whatever the day requires
Wants to work in a dynamic, constantly evolving startup environment
Is analytical, and loves making data driven decisions
