National Sales Operations Manager

Position: National Operations & Business Development Manager

Location: Remote / Hybrid – UK (M6 Corridor)

Package: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum + Annual Bonus + Car Allowance

Hours: Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours

Contract: Permanent

As we support them on their search for a National Operations & Business Development Manager to aid them in the continued growth of the business. The successful individual will play a key part in multiple site management alongside the continued business development of existing and new accounts.

Role & Responsibilities – National Operations & Business Development Manager

·       Key responsibilities for business development of existing and new major clients

·       National responsibility to ensure commercial and technical strategies are in place and efficiently being rolled out across all sites.

·       Overall team management across multiple sites; planning site services, maintenance roll outs, professional development and training for all reporting team members.

·       Technological; development of products as required.

·       Commercial awareness – ability to create and negotiate across contracts with existing and new clients

·       Responsible for quality policies and procedures application.

·       H&S adherence

Candidates Attributes / Qualifications - National Operations & Business Development Manager

·       Previous experience across any of the following sectors:

o  Oil

o  Gas

o  Industrial Fluids

o  Petrochemical

·       Bachelor’s degree – Engineering or other equivalent qualifications – Desired

·       Business Development / Account Management experience – Essential

·       Managing teams across multiple locations – Essential

·       Technical capabilities:

o  Hydraulics

o  Ultrasound

o  Maintenance

·       IT Literate
