Position Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to support our growing Revenue Operations team. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing critical sales systems, analyzing performance data, and streamlining processes to enhance our sales efficiency. You'll also support the administration of pricing models and handle entry-level software integrations to ensure our systems work seamlessly together. Your work will directly contribute to our sales team's success by providing them with the tools, data, and operational support needed to effectively serve our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with creation of workflows between CRM, CPQ and PSA platforms to automate processes
• Build and maintain pricing models within our CPQ platform
• Configure and troubleshoot basic software integrations between our key platforms
• Process sales orders, quotes, and contracts while ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Maintain sales collateral, proposal templates, and pricing documentation
• Support the sales team with price analysis, proposal preparation and documentation preparation
• Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline management, other reporting needs
• Implement and manage sales enablement tools and resources
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement solutions
• Support sales training and onboarding for new team members
Required Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with flow of processes and workflows between CRM, PSA and CPQ applications
• Knowledge of API integrations and software connectivity concepts
• Experience creating and managing pricing models or product catalogs
• Background in managed IT services, technology, or SaaS industries
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
• Experience with creating and maintaining sales dashboards and reports
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
