Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Deal Desk Specialist to join our Agile Solutions team. This role is critical in supporting the sales organisation by structuring and optimising deals, ensuring compliance with pricing and approval policies, and driving efficiency in the sales process. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate strategic, high-value transactions and improve overall deal velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with all administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Obtain and manage Purchase Order (PO) numbers from clients.
  • Process Statements of Work (SoWs) and ensure timely approvals.
  • Maintain and update records in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team, providing guidance on deal structuring, pricing strategies, and contract terms.
  • Analyse deal profitability and margin impact, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
  • Coordinate contract documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Liaise with internal teams (finance, legal, and operations) to facilitate smooth sales processes.
  • Assist in generating reports and tracking sales performance metrics

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales administration/Deal Desk or similar support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing analysis, deal structuring, and financial modeling
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of purchase order processing and contract administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth coordination with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant sales tools.
