Your role
What You'll Be Doing
CORPAY is seeking a hands-on and data-driven
Sales Optimisation Manager to join our Melbourne-based team. This role is fundamentally focused on
Sales Operations, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce administration, process optimisation, and performance analytics to support our growth across Australia and New Zealand.
This role will act as the engine room of our sales organisation—owning the systems, tools, and data that enable our sales teams to perform at their best. You will play a critical role in identifying inefficiencies in the sales process, rebuilding workflows in Salesforce, enhancing data visibility, and designing targeted training or automation initiatives to improve sales productivity and revenue outcomes.
How We Work
As the Sales Optimisation Manager, you will operate in a hybrid office environment. CORPAY will support your success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in the Melbourne office
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal, hands-on training and development programs
Role Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Australasia Sales Director, you will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to create scalable sales enablement programs and optimize sales operations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring sales teams have the necessary training, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and drive revenue growth.
Some Key Responsibilities Will Include
CRM Ownership & Process Design
- Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing configuration, workflow automation, system updates, and user support.
- Rebuild and optimise Salesforce workflows, lead routing, pipeline stages, and opportunity management frameworks.
- Audit existing CRM structures to ensure data cleanliness, standardisation, and reporting accuracy.
Sales Performance & Analytics
- Build and maintain dynamic Salesforce dashboards and reporting tools to track sales productivity, funnel performance, and KPI attainment.
- Analyse sales data to uncover inefficiencies, performance trends, and improvement opportunities across the sales funnel.
- Provide data-driven insights to sales leaders that inform strategy, coaching, and forecasting.
Operational Efficiency
- Identify and implement scalable improvements across the sales process—from lead acquisition to deal closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, customer success) to align systems and workflows.
- Recommend and implement new tools, tech integrations, and automation strategies that drive sales efficiency.
Enablement & Training
- Partner with the Sales Director to design onboarding programs and process documentation that improve time-to-ramp for new hires.
- Deliver system and process training sessions, ensuring reps fully utilise Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Maintain a centralised repository of playbooks, process guides, and enablement resources.
Qualifications & Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Salesforce administration, ideally in SaaS, FinTech, or B2B environments.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; advanced Salesforce skills in building reports, workflows, and automations are essential. Experience in Power BI is a bonus.
- Proven experience designing and optimising sales processes and systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence process adoption and tool utilisation.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex operational challenges.
