Our excellent client seeks a Business Operations Analyst 4 for a 5 months+ W2 HYBRID contract in BOSTON, MA. Must be able to work on our W2. NO AGENCIES PLEASE.

Duties:

  • Business operations analyst and product owner with experience on group-level billing and claims for employee benefit businesses.
  • Experience putting the customer experience lens into the mix when working on solutions.
  • Partner with multiple parties to be the primary owner of requirements and user stories for all personas who will be digitally enabled and working to test and deliver capabilities to operations teams.
  • Ability to work in a team environment in a large program and come to speed quickly.
  • Responsible for performing complex research and analysis to support business operations - presenting findings to manager or project leader.
  • Determines best practices and suggests how to improve current practices.
  • Develops recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations and communicates with other departments as necessary.

Skills:

  • Business analysis, process mapping, product owner procedures and/or testing experience
  • Group Billing and/or Group Claims
  • Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity or similar product lines supporting Worksite or Employee Benefit businesses
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Business
  • Experience working with user stories, requirements and business flows
  • Experience working with internal and external teams in an Agile/SCRUM methodology
  • History of working on customer experience and the associated requirements to deliver for Worksite Customers
  • Experience delivering results while navigating highly complex matrix relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information clearly, and appropriately handle sensitive information
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented individual who is capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced demanding environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business and technology
  • Ability to think out of the box and lead by influencing and collaborating with others
  • Demonstrate technical and business acumen
  • Actively engaged solution and change agent who can clearly articulate challenges and establish a path to get from point A to point B
