CFO Responsibilities
Learn and absorb the current financial workflows, especially concerning immigration and labor solutions.
Help transition the company to full accrual accounting, ensuring better alignment between COGS and cash flow.
Partner with the leadership team to ensure the company is well-positioned for future growth through optimized financial systems and processes.
Collaborate closely with the finance operations coordinator and key stakeholders to support day-to-day financial operations.
CFO Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a senior leadership position such as CFO, VP of Finance, or Director of Finance.
Experience in high-growth, small-to-medium-sized businesses is preferred, especially within the services or labor solutions industry.
Experience with financial software systems, including QuickBooks, Salesforce, Clio, and Smartsheets. Familiarity with Fathom and financial reporting tools is a plus.
In-depth understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Proven experience in structuring financials for M&A deals and communicating with investors.
Strong ability to identify financial challenges and implement strategic solutions.
