Your Role as CFO: Key Responsibilities

As CFO, you will lead all financial operations, strategy, and investments, ensuring financial stability, scalability, and profitability.

• Financial Strategy & Planning – Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Logistics & Supply Chain Finance – Manage cost per order, storage utilization, and profitability modeling.
• Financial Audits & Compliance – Lead annual audits, financial controls, and reporting accuracy.
• NetSuite & ERP Implementation – Own financial systems integration and automation.
• Banking & Capital Allocation – Manage funding, M&A evaluations, and banking relationships.
• Cross-Company Collaboration – Work with Delavan Holdings’ shared services teams for taxes, payroll, and finance.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA preferred).
• Experience: 8-10+ years in financial leadership in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or 3PL.
• Technical Expertise: NetSuite, ERP systems, financial modeling, investment planning.
• Hands-On Leadership: Ability to build financial infrastructure & drive operational efficiency.
• Cost & Profitability Analysis: Expertise in customer profitability modeling and financial forecasting.
