Overview
For the person who likes Salesforce, understands the system from a user perspective, and desperately wants to know more – this job is for you! We are looking for a person who wants to be more engaged in some of the inner workings of the Salesforce system and business processes. You’re not quite ready for admin responsibilities just yet, but you have a good grasp on the system already and are ready to take the next step. Be a SME on the Salesforce platform and work alongside seasoned admins to learn the ropes while becoming the go-to resource for most day-to-day user questions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update various areas of the Salesforce system.
- Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and cleaning Salesforce records across opportunities, quotes, orders, and contracts.
- Experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) a plus
- Support maintenance of database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of contracts within the system, with a focus on renewals, upsells and contract concessions ensuring contracts are compliant with operation and system guidelines
- Analyze current processes related to contract management, making recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Create and maintain training materials and user documentation for Salesforce usage related to the contracting process
- Act as conduit for end user feedback about applications across Sales and Finance
Requirements
- 2+ years of Salesforce usage
- Salesforce/CPQ admin experience or certification preferred
- Quote/Order/Contract experience via Salesforce preferred
