We’re an established, fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the sustainability sector, helping businesses make smarter, greener decisions, and comply with sustainability legislation. With £1M ARR, we’ve proven our model. Now, we need a driven, dynamic, and ambitious Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to take us to £2M ARR by March 2027—and beyond.


This isn’t a cushy leadership role where you sit back and strategise. You’ll own your number, lead from the front, and close deals yourself, while also building the team, systems, and processes to drive scale. If you’re a sales-first CRO who thrives on getting your hands dirty and wants to be part of something big, this is your opportunity.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive and execute revenue growth, personally leading key sales efforts while scaling the team.
  • Develop and refine go-to-market and sales strategies to accelerate expansion.
  • Coach and lead a high-performance sales & marketing team.
  • Build and optimise the sales engine—from pipeline generation to closing deals.
  • Owning marketing, sales, and customer success to improve conversion and retention.
  • Take ownership of pricing and revenue forecasting.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success scaling B2B SaaS revenue (ideally £1M+ to £2M+ ARR or more).
  • Based in or within 45 minutes of Oxford, UK
  • This is a hands-on role —you don’t just lead, you sell and execute.
  • Deep experience in sales, marketing, business development, and GTM strategy.
  • Experience in sustainability, ESG, or related sectors is a bonus.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and strategic, but not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • A leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
