Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)


We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue generation efforts across Sales, and Marketing functions. The CRO will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven commercial strategy to accelerate revenue growth, optimize customer acquisition, and enhance retention. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of scaling businesses, driving high-performing teams, and building a sustainable revenue engine.


As part of the leadership team, the CRO will:

  • Define and execute the revenue strategy to ensure alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Oversee the Sales, and Marketing teams to drive performance, revenue generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless customer journey and brand consistency.
  • Implement a data-driven approach to optimize revenue streams and maximize commercial performance.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Revenue Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growth across the UK, Benelux, and US markets. Own new product launches, pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and market expansion plans.
  • Leadership: Manage and mentor the Heads of Marketing and Sales to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Market Expertise: Use deep commercial and real estate insights to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging, strategy alignment, and operational excellence.
  • Brand Development: Ensure marketing strategies effectively position August as the leader in luxury real estate co-ownership.
  • Performance Management: Set and monitor KPIs for marketing and sales teams, fostering a data-driven approach to success.


About You – We'd Love to Hear from You if You Have:
  • A proven track record in senior commercial/revenue leadership roles, preferably within the real estate or luxury sectors.
  • Deep expertise in sales, marketing, and revenue operations, with the ability to integrate these functions seamlessly.
  • A results-driven mindset with experience in scaling businesses across multiple regions.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, capable of managing and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of commercial strategies, pricing models, and market trends in the real estate industry.
  • Experience working in international markets, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.


Package:
  • Location: Central London office with hybrid flexibility (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
  • Start Date: ASAP.
