Job Responsibilities

E-Referral Portal Management

  • Master e-referral portals to streamline and enhance referral management.
  • Perform quarterly audits to track trends in referral activity.
  • Make recommendations for portal and process optimization.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure listing accuracy and brand presence.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track key sales KPIs to measure performance.
  • Analyze referral and conversion trends to identify improvement areas.
  • Ensure proper tools and resources are in place to manage processes efficiently and meet sales goals.

CRM & Sales Resources Management

  • Oversee HCHB/RSL management for accurate data tracking.
  • Maintain employee/territory data and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate on the development of new sales resources.

General Sales Support

  • Assist in coordinating and tracking incentive and recognition programs.
  • Organize and maintain process documentation and sales resources.
  • Contribute to special projects as needed to support the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related field (financial and/or technical expertise is a plus).
  • HCHB experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive process improvements.
