Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational processes that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Manage and track invoicing and financial reporting assisting the CFO with operational activities
• Track and manage key deadlines to ensure seamless execution across teams.
• Leverage AI to create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that streamline company operations.
• Oversee corporate communications, ensuring clarity and consistency in internal and external messaging.
• Lead business development activities, identifying growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Manage and execute projects assigned by the CEO, balancing short-term priorities with long-term goals.
• Effectively handle a wide range of critical business matters, ensuring smooth cross-functional operations.
• Deliver timely, data-driven reports that support strategic decision-making and company growth.
• Establish and maintain a strong operational cadence, creating executive reports that drive key business insights.
• Make strategic and tactical decisions that align with StoryShift’s vision and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, corporate administration, paralegal, business development operations or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage AI and automation tools to drive efficiency.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met with precision.
• Experience in business development, corporate communications, finance, HR, or legal operations is a plus.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining a clear focus on business objectives.
• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to balance strategic and tactical priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive reports and presentations.
• Proficiency in AI tools, data analysis, and workflow automation to improve operational processes.
