About The Role

The Sales Operations & GTM Strategy Lead will define and build Woolf’s sales infrastructure and go-to-market strategy for new product and service offerings. This role will be responsible for developing a detailed sales playbook, optimizing sales processes, defining sales tools, and ensuring seamless alignment between sales and marketing. As the lead, you will play a critical role in both the strategic direction and tactical execution of a high-performance SalesOps function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop GTM strategy & sales playbook for new product offerings, outlining key steps for sales execution, and then executing with high performance.
  • Design sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and pipeline management.
  • Determine & implement sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, etc.).
  • Define key sales metrics, KPIs, and forecasting models for tracking sales success.
  • Align Sales & Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and campaign tracking.
  • Provide training & sales enablement materials to ensure successful execution of the playbook.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and GTM Strategy.
  • Must have startup experience
  • Proven experience developing sales playbooks & go-to-market plans.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales automation tools.
  • Must have strong proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay
  • Data-driven mindset, with expertise in sales analytics and forecasting.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • EdTech, SaaS, or higher education industry experience is a plus.
  • Must be productive and comfortable in a fully remote environment, working in a fast-paced team with ambiguity
  • Understands the difference between good data and bad data and is laser focused on data integrity
  • Proven excellence in prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines and goals
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Strong analytic skills and proficiency in spreadsheets
  • Is happy being behind the scenes and focusing on all the operational issues to keep the team performing at its best
