Join our Sales Operations Team

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Operations team. The successful applicant will be responsible for mapping all sales processes in a user-friendly format, reviewing them on an agreed schedule, and driving continuous process improvement

This role will also leverage data from the sales Operations instance of ServiceNow, and through sales feedback, to identify and resolve areas of concern, ensuring our sales processes are efficient and effective.

As a Sales Operations Executive, you'll be responsible for:


  • Process Mapping: Document and map all sales processes in a format that is easily understandable and accessible to the sales team.
  • Process Review: Regularly review and update process documentation on an agreed schedule to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Utilise data from the Sales Ops instance of ServiceNow to identify areas of concern and develop solutions to address them.


We'd love you to have


  • Proven experience in process mapping and improvement, preferably within a sales environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ServiceNow or similar platforms for process management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
