Gordini USA Inc. manufactures and distributes cold-weather gloves, socks, goggles, and other accessories under our brand and private label. We are also Carhartt's glove, base layer, face protection, socks, and boxer brief licensee. We are a growing company looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our team.
Our Sales Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting efficiencies and sales strategies that drive revenue growth within our National Accounts for Carhartt branded gloves, base layer, face protection, socks, and boxer briefs. In this role, you will report to the Director of Sales and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal members of sales, customer service, allocations, and distribution center operations, along with external buyers, merchants, and planners to optimize key sales metrics.
The Role
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products, policies, and systems to serve customers efficiently.
Order Management Communicate with accounts and customer service on PO submissions, replenishment forecast, shipping, and allocation results.
Item Management Set up and manage seasonal New Item data (style details, images, and copy) within each account's item management platform to ensure accurate and timely POs/forecasts and e-commerce presence.
Data Management and Analysis Manage style data in SPS and update weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reports/dashboards to help sales and management determine data-driven decisions
Sample Coordination Labeling new seasonal samples, ordering and shipping for customer-specific meetings, planograms, or marketing needs
Create and manage sales documentation of the process, including SOPs
1 5 years of wholesale sales or planning experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
Demonstrate ability to solve problems and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and process
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Prior experience with business intelligence tools, ERP, and/or CRM systems
